quick update

still working on typing up the birth story. in the meantime we had our first doctor's appt. all is well, our doctor said she looked great. she was down to 8lbs 5 oz. and some how shrunk to 20.75 inches, so who knows who messed up the measurements!!

we are hanging in there here, her sleeping is getting better. last night she woke up at about 1:30 and then 5, so that was great for us to get some rest. breast feeding is more frustrating then i thought it would be but we will get there. i have an appt with a lactation consultant to help me with kinsley's latch. i am sure in a few weeks we will be good to go! we need to posy some more pictures too!

i have had some doubt creeping in every so often. i normally go with my gut but i keep doubting it. it always turns out my gut was right, i know my daughter so well already. it is crazy how quickly you learn to read them. so i need to relax and trust myself alittle more. it is getting better each day.

over all it has been great. brandon and i are really enjoying being mommy and daddy despite the tiredness! it is so amazing how quickly you can love a new little person.
