kinsley's party was very nice, just a small gathering and she seemed to have a great time. she loved opening presents this year and ran around showing them all to everyone. it took forever, but she was happy and having fun! the cake however...she loved the birthday song but freaked out about the lighted candles. she didn't want them anywhere near her and she would not blow them out, and then she wouldn't eat any cake, which i know she loves. but oh well!!!
i still can't believe she is two. she is getting bigger and smarter everyday. she know soooo much now and talks about everything. i swear everyday she says a new word i didn't even know she knew. she loves all kinds of animals and points them out in the car and on walks all the time. she plays very nice with her blocks, book, stuffed animals and baby dolls. those are her favorites right now. she can sit for along time reading books or looking at her ABC cards and saying all the pictures. so crazy what she knows.
kinsley can follow a 2 or 3 step direction with out a problem, that is if she wants too!! she has quite the temper and her fits are loud! she tries to hit but not hard and we are finding ignoring that works best, except when she hits adley that is straight to time out no warnings, its just not a fair fight! i have a feeling adley will be able to kick kinsley's but when she gets older. kinsley is actually pretty cautious and even shy sometimes, and once she is hit back she tends to back off, although she does have her moments of full on attack!
she is starting to count to 10, and repeat letter sounds and names, she loves to "watch" tv and asks all the time for her shows. "watch mommy" or "Pets" one of her favorite shows. she can say full sentences also with 3 or 4 words.
she is in dance now and that is going well, she had a few classes of just screaming but she is getting much better at going in and doing the class. and she looks adorable in her leotards!
probably alot i am missing but over all she is my baby girl and i wish she would slow down! we love her to pieces, so indescribable! she is so loving and cuddles with the best of them. such a sweetie and such a bull all wrapped up in one! a sweet little bull in the china shop!
